Floor Plans
The house has 3 floors, ground, 1st and 2nd. The second floor incorporates a beautiful, completely self-contained 2 bedroom Flat which can easily be rented out. It can also very simply be reinstated as part of the whole house.
For the past few years three of the main bedrooms have been rented out as lodger accommodation. Each is currently completely self-sufficient and includes a bath / shower-room and small kitchenette. There is also a self-contained one bedroom Studio on the ground floor which can also very simply be reinstated as part of the whole house.
Development Potential
The house has considerable development potential. I have explored a number of options over the years, including creating a Healing Centre, a separate dwelling (e.g house / ‘granny annexe’), adding additional work &/or leisure space and re-landscaping the garden. Some architects’ plans are included below for interest.
Informal discussions with the local planners have indicated that there would be positive support for any developments that would improve / enhance the property.
