The Outbuildings have considerable development potential. I have explored a number of options over the years, including creating a Healing Centre, a separate dwelling (e.g house / ‘granny annexe’), adding additional work &/or leisure  space. Some architects’ plans are included below for interest.

Informal discussions with the local planners have indicated that there would be positive support for any developments that would improve / enhance the property.
